Trying to stay motivated to keep your life organized is not easy. It has taken me many years of practice to stick to a routine or accomplish simple day to day goals, like what to cook for dinner. I find it a lot easier to write it all down in my planner. I also love decorating it! If you are new to my blog, join the club! You are about to start a fun and affordable obsession. Welcome to the planner community. No wonder everyone is jumping on the bandwagon of decorating their planner.
I made sure It doesn't matter wether you are a stay at home Mom, still in junior high, or a busy business woman. It's never too early to start getting your life organized in the good old fashion paper planner. Everyone has a very busy life and staying on top of tasks can be a challenge. I have used paper planners since I was in middle school, and in all stages of my life too. Studies have shown that physically writing things down helps your memory, and thus marking off your to-do list. My current favorite planner is the Erin Condren Life Planner. I also like a more portable planner, which is the reason I have two of them. Plus it's fun to decorate them both ha ha.
I go all out on my Erin Condren planner. I wanted to share with you how decorated my weekly view for next week. My good friend, Jackie aka JaaackJack, and I got together and filmed two different options on how to decorate and organize a planner. I have filmed many of these and often times you guys comment that it's hard to find sticker shops or are often too expensive. This video is for you lovelies! Or anyone who wants to make their planner look glamorous.
I did this with my last "Plan With Me Video", and you all loved it so much, I decided to do another one. Comment down below and let me know what type of theme you would like to see next. Make sure to use the hash tag #PlanningWithBelinda and tag me @BelindaSelene on Instagram so I can like and comment on your pictures. You never know they might make it in my next video wink wink.
I apologize for not having this post up earlier when my video went live. I thought I saved it correctly. I couldn't post it at that exact moment after reading your comments since I was in the middle of cooking dinner for Ricardo and I. If you are nosey like me and curious, I made carne asada, frijoles, arroz, and quesadillas. With a side of guacamole. It was delicious if I do say so myself. Wifey brownie points wooh hoo! Ricardo missed my home cooking since I was in California this past week. Oh and I put chile de harbol on my beans. Can you tell I get excited about food ha ha. Okay loves well good night, remember I love you very much! I'm not really tired right now so I'm going to cuddle in bed with a book series I'm reading right now called Delirium. I'm on the third book!
